I’m Christina Brown, a personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I know firsthand the challenges of striving for career success. For years, I arrived early, stayed late, and even worked weekends to advance in my career. Was I successful? Absolutely! But amidst the hustle, I ignored a small voice inside telling me to take care of myself.

At one point, my life felt like an endless cycle of eat, sleep, and work. I didn’t prioritize workouts or self-care, and I take full responsibility for that. However, once I started prioritizing my well-being, everything changed. I found time for workouts and activities that kept me grounded, and it made all the difference.
Today, I still work in corporate America, but with a healthy balance that feels amazing. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck in a similar cycle, know that there’s light at the end of the tunnel. You can be successful in your career while prioritizing yourself. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing—you have the power to choose and take action.

Mission
Get to Know Biz Girl Fit
My mission is to empower women in the corporate world, especially those with busy 9-5 careers, to feel confident in the gym and embrace weightlifting. I aim to break through fears and self-imposed limitations that hinder their growth. By providing education about the truths and myths surrounding women and weights, I strive to be a living example and testimony for women to feel good in their bodies, no matter where they are on their journey.
Mindset
Mindset is the foundation of everything we do. It shapes how we see ourselves and the world around us. We believe that a positive and empowered mindset is key to achieving well-being and confidence. By embracing movement, we find joy in physical activity and make it a natural part of our daily routine. Practicing self-love means being kind to ourselves and making self-care a priority. Extreme ownership is all about taking responsibility for our choices and actions, helping us grow and stay accountable. We know that taking one step at a time with small, consistent efforts leads to big progress. Empowerment is about recognizing our potential and taking control of our lives, while acceptance means honoring and loving every part of ourselves. Through transformation, we can surpass limitations and achieve holistic growth. Building a deep connection with our bodies helps us find joy and excitement in health and movement. This mindset not only transforms our bodies but also enriches our lives, making health and well-being a way of life.
Movement
Movement is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being. It impacts everything from circulation and digestion to metabolism and immunity. Regular physical activity helps strengthen muscles and bones, improves cardiovascular health, and enhances coordination and reflexes. Additionally, movement plays a crucial role in mental well-being by boosting energy levels, reducing stress, and improving mood. Personally, I believe that by incorporating movement into our daily lives, we can achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle, fostering both physical and emotional resilience. Plus, it just feels great to move and stay active!
